Mike Farah - Founder
As a 7 year old walking to the playground, it was on the way that he stumbled on to a small church parking lot with a baseball field. This field was called FAITH FIELD. Because of the church’s ministry, he fell in love with baseball and first learned about the love of Jesus Christ. Over the years, God has given Mike a vision of how they could “pay it forward.” By observing the trends & climate of today’s youth leagues, FFBM is offered as an alternative and is the first of its kind in the Jacksonville area. After graduating from JU on a baseball scholarship in 1982, Mike coached baseball for 10 years, and have been president of Farah Financial Group since 1987. His love for baseball has never wavered, and it is his desire to see baseball as a platform for reaching others with the Good News of Jesus Christ. Since inception, Faith Field has been humbled and amazed at God's grace and how He has grown and Blessed the Ministry. Mike is increasingly thankful for the wonderful people he has brought in our organization and the blessings bestowed and the Hundreds we have Reached for the Gospel of Christ. Married to an amazing wife, Karen, since 1997. Both have a love for their two dogs and support CCI (Canines for Independence) of Jacksonville. Mike enjoys golfing and traveling occasionally. Mike's home church is Promise Land Baptist Church in Jacksonville where he is actively involved teaching a Sunday school class and working in children's ministry.

Mike Ragland
Mike was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, and has been the lead pastor at Crown Point Baptist Church since April 2019. Mike has been married to his high school sweetheart, Michelle, for over 33 years and he has two sons, Cody and Chad. Mike’s favorite verse is 2 Corinthians 5:17
Mike’s greatest joy is that his wife and sons love to go out in the community and on short term trips to share their faith and point others to Christ and see lives transformed with the Gospel of Jesus.
There was a time in Mike’s life when he was chasing empty promises and was self-centered while doing things his own way. But then he was introduced to the person of Jesus, and he turned from his rebellion and followed Jesus. Since then he has had purpose and peace with a desire to serve others. Do you have a story like that?
Mike’s vision is to create a community by which everyone can live out their faith without fear but with freedom found in God’s Grace.

Cody Ragland
Cody grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. As a kid he was always at church. His parents lead in many different areas at the church he grew up going to. He thought himself to be a pretty good kid and knew how to act good. It wasn’t until he was 12 years old when he realized it did not matter how good he was or how good his parents were but he needed to have a relationship with Jesus for his sins to be forgiven. Once he realized this Cody says his life was changed forever. He was a new creation and wanted to live his life that way. He committed his life to missions for Christ just shortly after he received Christ and that is the beginning of his part in Faith Field Baseball Ministry.
Cody has been a part of Faith Field from the beginning and ever since he heard about it he has been on board. Cody played baseball his entire life up until his junior year of college and has been committed to following Christ since he was 12. Cody said he found Faith Field to be the best way for him to combine two of his favorite things in life. Cody says Faith Field has made such a huge impact on his life and could not be more proud to be a part of this organization that puts Christ first in all it does.
